Adrian Diogo is a Public Health Data Analyst at Family Health Initiatives. In this role, Diogo oversees the statewide Perinatal Risk Assessment (PRA) data system, regional Postpartum Wellness Initiative (PWI) data system and Camden Healthy Start data system through user support, front end design and system enhancements through data collection, data analysis, back-end structure and technical integrations. Diogo also leads the PRA Patient Portal: Your Health, Your Story program, which provides PRA patients with access to their health information in a patient-friendly format and provides links to local resources near them. 

Diogo received his Master of Public Health degree from Drexel University and has more than 5 years of epidemiological and data analysis experience. Diogo also has a background in program management where he led a statewide community health initiative.
