Amanda Cohen, MSW, MBA, is Chief Strategy Officer at Family Health Initiatives, where she leads organizational strategy and growth. Her portfolio includes philanthropy, government relations and policy, business development and marketing and communications. She works across these areas to build partnerships, secure resources and identify opportunities that strengthen Family Health Initiative’s impact and expand its reach nationally.

Cohen brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience spanning strategy, operations, growth and women’s health. Prior to joining Family Health Initiatives in 2026, she spent 12 years at Jefferson Health, most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations and Enterprise Vice President of Women’s Health. In these roles, she led multisite physician operations across a complex health care network, with responsibility for operational and financial performance, growth and service line development.

Cohen holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration. Her career has been shaped by a longstanding commitment to improving health and strengthening the systems that support women, children and families.
