Cathy Butler-Witt, MA, is the Director of Public Health Programs at Family Health Initiatives. In this role, Butler-Witt is dedicated to advancing the agency’s mission by enhancing population health and well-being across New Jersey. Since joining Family Health Initiatives in 2001, Butler-Witt has served in various capacities, including cessation counselor, coordinator, community liaison, and assistant director.
Butler-Witt holds a master’s degree in human services and a bachelor’s degree in social work, and she brings nearly 40 years of experience in family and community service in New Jersey. Her expertise lies in developing, delivering, and managing evidence-based programs that improve pregnancy outcomes and family well-being. As Director, Butler-Witt oversees programs aimed at fostering healthy families and communities throughout New Jersey.
