Helen Hannigan oversees the daily operations of Family Health Initiatives including several of its prominent projects. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the Perinatal Risk Assessment (PRA) rollout.

Hannigan also serves as President & CEO of Family Health Initiative’s parent organization, The Cooperative.

Ms. Hannigan received her BS in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and her Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
