Kerry Millen is the Lead Data Analyst at Family Health Initiatives. Millen assists with managing and supporting day-to-day tasks for a team of data analysts while also responsible for performing data collection, analysis and coordinating support and development of reports and distribution formats for their assigned data systems.  Millen is an anti-oppressive, empowerment-focused data analyst and social work researcher with more than five years of experience managing projects related to data and reporting. Millen takes a data-driven perspective to improving maternal-child health outcomes via community-driven partnerships and initiatives.

Millen holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Collaborative Education from Rowan University. Through data that centers the voices of people, especially those whose voices have been softened and/or silenced, Millen works to understand and address systemic issues, build relationships, collect and analyze data in ethical and anti-oppressive ways and develop engaging reports to inform data-driven decision and change for a variety of stakeholders.
