Lauryn serves as the Associate Director of Public Health Programs at Family Health Initiatives, where she oversees the operations of multiple public health programs. Tilghman holds a Master’s degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management from Rowan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Stockton University. Tilghman is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®), underscoring her commitment to advancing health education and promoting wellness.
