Mikaela is a Public Health Data Analyst at Family Health Initiatives. In this role, Mikkelsen oversees the whole lifecycle of New Jersey’s CNJ Link data system and regional maternal wraparound (MWRAP) data system ranging from user support, front end design and system enhancements through data collection, data analysis, back-end structure and technical integrations. Mikkelsen also leads and assists in other data collection, analysis, reporting and evaluation projects. 

Mikkelsen earned her Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Iowa and has 4 years of epidemiological and data analysis experience. Mikkelsen has a diverse background in Public Health including maternal and child health, healthy equity, food systems, environmental science and COVID-19/infectious disease epidemiology.
