Family Health Initiatives Staff Attend, Present at New Jersey Healthcare Information and Management System Society Conference

Family Health Initiatives’ Assistant Director for Information Strategy & Analytics, Morgan Newcomb and Project Management Specialist, Bhagyarathi “Rathi” Raman, attended the New Jersey Healthcare Information and Management System Society (NJHIMSS) Conference in Woodbridge and offered a presentation titled Balancing Technology Adoption with Care Delivery Capacity—A Community-Based Maternal Health Case. 

The presentation highlighted how Family Health Initiatives and its partners leveraged technology to modernize maternal and child health referral coordination through the CNJ Link platform, improving community connections, referral tracking and care coordination across New Jersey.

The session showcased lessons learned from implementing technology solutions while maintaining a strong focus on workforce capacity, user engagement and community-based care delivery.
